Chicken And Rice

  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice,uncooked
  • 1 packages Onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cups Sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 4 slices Bacon, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups Velveeta cheese,cubed
  • 1 stick Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cups Water
  • In large bowl, add butter, onion soup mxi, dressings, sour cream, and water. Mix well.

    In a large rectangular baking dish, pour uncooked rice into dish and spread evenly over bottom.

    Place chicken breasts on top of rice. Place chunks of Velveeta cheese evenly over chicken and rice.

    Then place bacon slices over the chicken, rice and cheese.

    Pour mixed ingredients over the chicken and rice evenly.

    Bake in 350° oven for 75 minutes.

    6 to 8Servings
