Pecan Bars
Preheat oven to 350° Grease a 15 1 x 101 by 1 inch jelly roll pan.
CRUST; Beattogether flour, butter, sugar and salt with mixer on low speed until crumbly, (mixture will be dry. ) Press firmly into jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 minutes till lightly golden brown, do not over bake.
PECAN FILLING: Mix all ingredients except the pecans, until well blended. Stir in the chopped pecans. Spread filling evenly over baked crust. Carefully placein oven.
Bake about 25 minutes or untilfilling is set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
