Beef n' Cheese Dip

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 2-16oz cans Ranch style beans
  • 1 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cans Green chilies, chopped
  • 1 medium Onions, chopped
  • ~ Garlic powder to taste
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-1lb boxes Mild mexican velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • ~ Corn chips
  • In a large, deep skillet brown the beefand onion. Remove the mixture from the pan and drain it. In the same pot mix the beans, chilies and tomatoes, and cook on medium heat until the mixture is cooked down just a little. Return the beef and onion to the pot. In a microwave-safedish combine the cheese cubes and milk,and microwave until melted. Pour the melted cheese in with the other ingredients and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir often. Pour over corn chips.
