Hot Chicken Sandwiches

  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 Loaf Bread
  • 1 Stick Butter or margarine, melted
  • ~ Water
  • ~ Chicken broth
  • Put enough water to cover the chicken breasts. Cook till well done. Remove chicken from broth and save.

    Let the chickencool, and debone.

    Break the bread up into small peices and add the chicken. Addenough broth to make bread and chicken juicy. Add melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.

    You may bake this for 45 minutes at 350° untill brown on top and serve with buns.

    This also keeps nice in a crock pot to serve at bake sales, etc.
