Japanese Fruit Pie

  • 1 cups Butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 1 cups Coconut
  • 1 cups Pecans, broken
  • 1 cups Raisins
  • 1 Pie shells, 9"unbaked
  • Preheat oven to 350 º Mix ingredients together, pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 º for about 40-50 min. till center is set.

    If you don't like raisins, just use1/4 c.or omit. good with chocolate chips too, instead of raisins.
