Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

  • 1 or 2 packages Ramen noodles, chicken flavored
  • 1 pounds Chicken,boneless,cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced thin
  • 1 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cups Cauliflowerets
  • 1 medium Onions sliced thin
  • 1 cups Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup. fresh or 1 small can Bean sprouts
  • 1 cups Cabbage, chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 cups Soy sauce, dark
  • Set aside seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Meanwhile in a large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink inside. Add vegetbles, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain noodles, add to pan with contents of 1 seasoning package, Then add the soy sauce. Stir well, serve immediately.

    May add anyother ingredients you like,mushrooms, water chestnuts, etc.

    you may use bok coyinstead of cabbage.
