Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
Set aside seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Meanwhile in a large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink inside. Add vegetbles, stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain noodles, add to pan with contents of 1 seasoning package, Then add the soy sauce. Stir well, serve immediately.
May add anyother ingredients you like,mushrooms, water chestnuts, etc.
you may use bok coyinstead of cabbage.
