Frosting For Red Velvet Cake

  • 1 8 oz packages Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 pounds Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cups Coconut
  • 4-5 drops Red food coloring
  • Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Gradually add sugar while beating. Add 3 cup coconut. Mix well. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake. Combineremaining coconut with food coloring and sprinkle over cake.
