Pork Mutton Veal, Rice Dishes

Colorful Kielbasa

  • 1 10-3/4 oz. cans Cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cups Rice,uncooked
  • 1 -10 oz. packages Peas,frozen
  • 1 small cans Mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1 cups Cheese, Cheddar shredded
  • 1 pounds Kielbasa, or smoked sausage
  • In skillet, combine soup,which you already have diluted with one can of water, water,and butter, bring to boil. Add kielbasa and rice, reduce heat, cober and simmer 15-18 minutes until rice is tender. You may have to add some more water. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer until rice is completely tender and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
