Spicy Peanut Sauce

  • 2/3 bunches Coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 10 large Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cups Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon Thin soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 5 tablespoons Sugar
  • Dash Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Hot chili oil
  • In food processor combine the first 8 ingredients togater. Process until smooth. Place in a saucepand and bring up to asimmer. Remove from heat and set aside
