Meat Loaf

  • 1 Lb. Ground round steak
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 3/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 cup Warm water
  • 1/2 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 8 oz. can (4 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 strip Bacon (uncooked)

    • Mix thoroughly all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce and place in loaf pan. Cover with bacon if you like that flavor. Pour tomato sauce over top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serves 3.
