Baked Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 large can or 2 fresh Sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 20 Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts
  • Mash sweet potatoes. Place in greased pan, one layer (1/2 mixture). Then place 1/2 of the nut and marshmallow mixture over the sweet potato layer. Alternate sweet potato and marshmallow layers. Bake 20 minutes at 400°. Makes about 4 servings.
