Dump Cake

  • 1 (21 oz.) can Cherry or blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (20 oz.) can Crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, cut in small slices
  • 1 cup Coconut, flaked (optional)
  • ~ Walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Layer ingredients in 9x13 inch cake pan in following order: pie filling, pineapple, cake mix sprinkled on, butter, coconut and nuts. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown.
