Eight Layer Casserole

  • 1 Pound Hamburger meat
  • 2 Cups Sliced potatoes (drained)
  • 1 Can Peas
  • 1 Cup Sliced onions
  • 2 Cans Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Can Corn, drained
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 1/2- 1 can Water
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Diced green chilis
  • Combine: 1 Can tomato soup 1/2- 1 can water 2-3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 1/2 cup( about a 4 oz can) diced green chilis.

    In a skillet brown hamburger. While meat is cooking, spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

    Layer potatoes, onions,mushrooms, corn, beans and peas. Top with drained hamburger.

    Spread tomato soupmixture over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
