Chicken Wings

  • 2 Pounds Chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper chicken wings and then completely dredge in flour. And 1 to 2 inches of oil in frying pan and fry wingsuntil golden brown. Dip wings in sweet and sour sauce (See my recipe in SAUCES). Place wings in glass dish and pour additional sweet and sour sauce over wings.Place in oven at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove, eat and enjoy.
