Freezer Meat Loaf

  • 3 pounds Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs
  • 3 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Minced onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 1/2 to 3 teap teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • Mix all ingredients. Divide in half; spread each half evenly in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches (to serve immediately, see below). Wrap, label and freeze.

    2 hours and 35 minutes before serving, remove freezer meat loaf from freezer and unwrap. Bake uncovered in 350° oven until done, about 2 1 hours. Drain off fatonce durng baking. (1 loaf - 6 servings).

    To serve immediately: bake uncovered in 350° oven until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Drain off fat once during baking (1 loaf - 6 servings).

    Store no longer than1 month. Makes enough for 2 meals - 6 servings each.
