Turkey Stuffing

  • 7 cups Bread crumbs, coarse dry
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pepper
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sage dry
  • 1/2 cup Sage fresh chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 1 can Chicken stock
  • Add milk to above mixture until runny. Dressing should be wet - almost runny. Stuff and cook turkey. Dressing can be put in foil and roasted with turkey.
