Scones
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in butter and shortening. In a separate bowl, combine cream and beaten eggs and add to dry ingredients. Stir in fruit. Turn dough out onto a flowered surance. Roll dough and cut into biscuit size rounds. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until brown.
