Meat And Potato Pie
Mix all ingredients. Divide between 2 ungreased 9- inch pie pans; spread evenly(To serve one immediately; see below). Wrap, label and freeze.
1 hour 15 minutes before serving, remove 1 pan meatand potato pie from freezer and unwrap. Have ready: instand mashed potato puffs (enough for 4 servings); 1 cup shredded sharpcheddar cheese.
Bake pie uncovered in 375° oven 1 hour. After 50 minutes of baking, prepare potato around edge of meat;sprinkle cheese on potato. Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes (4 or 5 servings).

Bake meat pie in 350° oven 40 to 45 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, prepare potato puffs as directedon package. Mound potato around edge ofmeat; sprinkle cheese on potato. Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes (4or 5 servings).
Store no longer than 2 months. Makes enough for 2 meals - 4 or 5 servings each.
