Marinated Shrimp With Olives And Mushrooms
Combine mushrooms, water, oil, vinegar,lemon juice and seasonings in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 5minutes. Pour into a bowl, add olives and shrimp, toss and cool. Chill for a few hours or overnight before serving.
Note: do not overcook shrimp. Put them in cold water, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Let cool in the cooking liquid.
