Spinach Meat Roll
Thaw frozen spinach quickly by rinsing spinach with runng hot water to seperateand remove ice crywtals; drain. Mix meat mixture ingredients. On 18 x 15-inch piece of aluminum foil, pat meat mixture into rectangle, 12 x 10 inches.
Arrange spinach evenly on meat mixture, leaving 1 - inch margin around edges. Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon salt on spinach; arrange ham on top. Carefully roll up meat, beginning at narrow end and using foil to lift meat. Press edges and ends of roll to seal. Place on rack in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. (to serve immediately, see below.) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Store no longer than24 hours.
1 hour 35 minuts befor serving, have ready: 3 slices mozzarella cheese, cut diagonally into halves. Bake spinach meat roll uncovered in 350° oven for1 1 hours. Overlap cheese triangles on roll; bake just until cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes (center of meat roll may be slightly pink due to ham). Niceserved with chili sauce.
To serve immediately: have ready: 3 slices mozzarella cheese, cut diagonally into halves. Bakespinach meat roll uncovered in 350° oven 1 hour 15 minutes. Overlap cheese triangles on roll, bake jusst until cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes.
