Broiled Bananas
Peel the bananas, put them in a baking dish, brush them with melted butter and broil under a medium flame for about 6 to 7 minutes until they are golden brown.Sprinkle with sugar 2 minutes before they are done. Remove from the brioler, pour rum over them, ignite and serve immediately.
