Eggs Relleno

  • 10 medium Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 pt. Cottage Cheese
  • 1 pound Montery Jack Cheese (grated)
  • 2 cans chopped Green Chilis - hotness your choice
  • Beat eggs very well. Add flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and stir in green chilis.

    Bake in greased baking dish for 35 minutes 375°. Makes 6-8servings.
