Lime Jello Salad
Drain pineapple using a strainer takinga spoon or fork and pressing down untilas much juice as possible is removed. Set aside. Put dry jello, cottage cheese and cool whip in an extra large bowl. Mix thoroughly with a slow whipping motionuntil blended smoothly. Add pineapple to jello mixture. Refirgerate at least 5 or 6 hours (overnight is best). Makes approximately 8 servings. If you prefer anorangey taste, substitute the lime flavored jello and crushed pineapple for orange flavored jello and mandarine oranges. Some think this is a dessert. Try it and you decide!!!!
