Waldorf Crown Salad

  • 2 packages Strawberry jello
  • 2 cups Water, boiling
  • 1 1/2 cups Water, cold
  • 1 cup Apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 cup Miniature marshmellows

    • Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, stir in the cold water. Chill until it thickens, NOT SOLID. Fold in the apples, celery & nuts. Pour into a 5 c. ring mold.

    For Regal Dressing; Combine cream & dressing, fold in marshmellows. Put dressing in the middle of ring to serve.
