Peanut Butter Eggs

  • 2 pounds Sugar 10X
  • 1 1/2 cups Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Potatos, mashed cold
  • 1 package Chocolate, semi-sweet
  • Mix sugar, peanut butter & butter thoroughly. Add mashed potatoes. Shape as desired, usally as eggs. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip eggs into metled chocolate. Chill unti firm. Can be put into wax bags for individual servings. Store in the refrigerator.
