Juicy Meat Loaf

  • 2 pounds Hamburger meat
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup Catsup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

    • Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place into 9" square pan. If desired, spread additional catsup onto the top of the loaf. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well brown. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
