Ladorra's Cheese Ball

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Dried beef (finely chopped)
  • 1 small Onions, minced
  • 8 ounces Cheese, Bleu
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Add dried beef, onion, Worchersershiresauce, blu cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well by hand, and pat intoa ball. Roll in pecans and place in refridgerator chill.
