Cornbread Casserole

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 small Onions, chopped
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1 cans Vegetable soup
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • Brown ground beef, add onion and cook until onion is tender. Drain grease and place mixture in a medium size casserole dish. Add tomato soup, vegetable soup, and water. Mix well. Prepare cornbread mix according to directions on the box. Pour cornbread mixture on top of the meat mixture. Place casserole in 375° oven for 35 minutes. Remove and serve.
