Lemon-basil Marinade

  • 1/4 cups Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoons Dried basil, crushed
  • ~ Or
  • 1 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons Lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • Combine all ingredients, stirring untilwell blended.
