Hearty Spinach Salad

  • 12 slices Bacon
  • 2 Tbls. Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbls Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 ozs. Fresh spinach, washed
  • 3 Eggs, hardcooked, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tsp. Tarragan vinegar
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  • Fry (micowave) bacon until crisp, remove to absorbent towels.

    Brown sesame seeds in hot bacon grease, remove, drain and cool. Add parmesan cheese to seeds andmix well.

    Tear spinach into bite size pieces.

    Combine remaining ingredients (except eggs) for dressing, mixing well. Crumble bacon.

    Combine all ingredients,except 1 of the sesame seed mixture anda few of the egg slices. Toss lightly until well coated. Top with remaining sesame seed mixture and egg slices
