Janes' Dip
For a medium-hot dip, remove the seeds and septum from the jalapenos before chopping. If you are a true chili-head and enjoy the pain, leave them whole.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. "Squish" by hand, mashing the tomatoes throughly.
Cover and chill for at least two hours, best overnight.
Serve with tostados or other firm chip
