Lemon-Rosemary Rub

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoons Rosemary, dried, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Thyme, dried, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 2 large cloves Garlic, minced
  • Combine all ingredients. Makes enough to season 2 lbs. meat.

    Use 8 to 24 hoursbefore grilling or smoking meat.
