Katies' Salsa Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups Dried cilantro
  • 1-2 tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cups Dried chopped onion
  • 1/2 cups Dried sweet pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Black pepper
  • May use red pepper flakes in addition to or instead of green pepper for more "heat".

    Spicy salsa: 2 Tbls. with one canRotel.

    Mild salsa: 2 Tbls with one 14 oz. can chopped stewed tomatoes.

    Spread: 2 Tbls. with 8 oz. cream cheese.

    Dip:1 Tbls. with 16 oz. sour cream
