Grilled Zucchini

  • 4 Medium zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • ~ Seasonings:
  • ~ Basil, oregano, thyme,
  • ~ Dillweed, lemon-pepper,
  • ~ Fresh grated parmesan cheese,
  • ~ Celery salt, garlic salt or garlic
  • Halve zucchini lengthwise. Sprinkle four of the halves with desired seasonings.Spread butter on the remaining four halves. Place the seasoned and buttered halves together; halve crossways and wrap individual servings in heavy- duty foil. Grill, on an uncovered grill, directly over medium hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Turn frequently.
