Breakfast Casserole

  • 9 slices White bread
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 small can Mushrooms (optional)
  • Remove crusts from bread and place on bottom of 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle swiss cheese over bread and then cheddar. Beat eggs with milkand pour over cheese and bread. Top with bacon and mushrooms (if used). Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour...remove foil and bake uncovered 1/2 hourlonger. **Can be made ahead and refrigerate overnight.
