Chopped Chicken Livers
Wash livers in cold water, pat dry and broil for about 4 minutes until browned on both sides. Saute onions and garlic in chicken fat until just lightly browned. Grind livers, onions and egg yolks, blend in fat left from frying onions; season with salt and pepper.
