Ham Crescents
Work flour, butter, potatoes, salt, eggyolk an yeast into a dough. Shape into a ball, cover and let stand for an hour.Roll out about 1 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
Blend ha, whole egg, pepper, parsley, union and dill. Put one teaspoon of the mixture in one corner ofeach dough square, roll up each square and bend into crescent shape. Brush withegg white and place on a greased bakingsheet. Let rise for an hour before baking. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until golden yellow.
