Almond Sauce
Saute onion and garlic in oil until light golden, add bread cubes and almonds and saute another minute. Remove from heat, put in a blender with half of the broth and blend to a paste consistency. Putin a saucepan, add all other ingredients, blend well and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with meet, chicken or fish.
