Taco Sauce

  • 3 cups canned Tomatoes, measured, drained, chopped
  • 6 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tablespoons Coriander, ground
  • 1/2 tablespoons Oregano
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2 green Chilli peppers, chopped
  • ~ Salt to taste
  • Combine all ingredients and blend well.Simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot or cold.
