Broiled Savory Chicken
Have butcher flatten the chicken halveswith a cleaver. Wipe chicken with a damp cloth. Comine salt, paprika, hot pepper and oil, and rub into the chicken. Place chicken in a shallow sidh. combine garlic, chili peppers and the lime juice, pour over chicken. Place in refrigeratorand marinate overnight. Turn the chicken a couple of itmes.
Remove from refrigerator a couple of hours befor cooking. Broil over charcoal basting with te marinade and turning it frequently until done. Garnish with onion slices and parsely.
