Cavatini

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 1/4 cups Butter or margarine
  • 1 medium Onions, chopped
  • 1 packages Pepperoni
  • 1 small cans Mushrooms
  • 1 small bottles Pepperocini peppers
  • 1 cups Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottles Spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups Assorted noodles
  • Melt butter in heavy skillet, add chopped onions & cook until tender. Add ground beef & brown. Drain off excess fat. Inlarge buttered casserole dish, add meatmixture, pepperoni, drained mushrooms, pepperocini peppers (with seed pods removed), spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and noodles; mix throughly. Top with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Serves8.
