Easy Chocolate Cake

  • 2 2/3 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 cups White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons White vinegar
  • Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add liquid. Mix well. Transfer to 13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
