Mexican - Spanish, Rice Dishes

Easy Spanish Rice

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 2/3 cup Rice, raw
  • 1/2 small Onion
  • Brown onion in fat, add meat and brown.Strain off any grease. Add tomato soup and 1 can water. Add rice and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with vegetable of choice.
