Bean And Garlic Dip

  • 16 ounces Pinto beans
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chili peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • Combine cooked pinto beans, crushed garlic clove, mayonnaise, chopped red chilipeppers, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Serve as dip or spread.

    Servings: 12
