Earthquake Cake

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Pecans;chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 pound Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 package German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 Stick butter
  • Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Spread the coconut and pecans over bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions.

    Spread over coconut and nuts. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Drop teaspoons of this mixture over cake, using all. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake will set up when cooled.
