Party Pork Chops

  • 8 3/4 inch pork chops
  • 8 Onion slices, 1/4 in thick
  • 8 Lemon slices, 1/4 in thick
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup Chili sauce
  • Place pork in a single layer in a baking dish. Cut slices of lemon out of the middle of two lemons, juicing the ends. Place an onion slice topped with a lemon slice on each chop. Blend remaining ingredients and spoon over each chop. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
