Dana's Pasta Salad

  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 packages Vegetable Rotini
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, chopped
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wisk together oil, sugar and vinegar. Cook rotini aldente, drain. Mix with all other ingredients, salt and pepoper to taste and chill.
