Salads and Dressings
Marshall Salad
Wash, dry and tear romaine into bite size pieces. Store in a plastic bag in refrigerator until needed.
Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Let stand covered for at least 3 hours.
At the last minute combine all ingredients and toss with dressing, sprinkle on croutons and serve immediately
