Curried Pork Chops

  • 6 Loin Pork Chops
  • 1 8 ounce Can mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • Trim excess fat from chops. Brown lightly on both sides. Place in a baking dishand cover with drained mushrooms.

    Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, curry and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Pour over chops and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
