Spicy Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 10 oz. packages Broccoli, frozen
  • 1, 4 oz. jar Onions
  • 1 small cans Mushrooms, whole
  • 1 small jar Pimientos, diced
  • 1/4 cup Almond slivers
  • 1/4 to 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, onions, mushrooms, pimentos, almonds and pepper. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with soup, top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
